eSignature

Sign remote – anytime, anywhere in your SigningRoom. The SmartSAFE eSignature component allows invitees to sign independently or together on any type of document. In addition, eSignature supports full signatures or initials, each of which can be configured as required or optional. ESIGN consent is automatically captured for each invitee and deposited into the SmartSAFE, where it is retained for future retrieval.

Multiple invitees can eSign in parallel or sequentially, allowing the enterprise to enforce signing levels necessary for certain documents. The enterprise can configure font, watermarks, and footers at a Client level.

All documents are digitally signed at a server level, providing a tamper evident seal for non-repudiation.

The eSignature component recognizes several types of eEnabled documents prepared for eSigning.

• X, Y Coordinates: map signature points with exact X, Y locations
• PDF Text Tag: insert unique text in the document at signature points
• PDF Form Field: publish PDF Form with named fields at signature points
